     Our employment services specialize in helping you get and keep the job that matches your skills and abilities.   Our employment specialists provide customized, on-the-job training and support, with as little or as much support needed for your success, ranging from minimal, initial assistance to more intensive, on-going support.

       We  begin with assessment services designed to help you make decisions about your future goals.  We start by listening to you and gathering information about your interests, skills and abilities to help you decide what kinds of activities you want in your life.

CASE MANAGEMENT

     Our certified case managers  link you to available resources and work with you to coordinate the services you choose.  Our assessment tools help guide us in developing a plan of care, then we regularly monitor the quality of services, helping you assess the continuing need, appropriateness, and effectiveness of the supports you’re receiving.

 COMMUNITY LIVING

     Trained, caring staff provide support to allow people to live successfully and safely where they choose.  Individuals and/or their families are encouraged to make as many choices for themselves as possible.  Support for the living environment is tailored to meet each individual’s needs and wishes and can be minimal or up to twenty-four hours a day.
